Heather sold her first thrifted tee on eBay in 1998 using photos that were developed from a film roll and then scanned. In 2002 she co-founded a vintage t-shirt operation known as Vintage Vantage. With almost a quarter century of experience, Heather has been described as "the first lady of vintage t-shirts." It's safe to say she trailblazed a path for all online vintage t-shirt shops that followed.
Given the sheer volume of tees she's sold over two decades (roughly 35,000), Heather's expertise with shirts from the 1980s and 1990s is unparalleled. A one-time student of law, she passed the North Carolina Bar exam but she is far more proud of her accomplishments as an OG vintage t-shirt model who wasn't afraid to use props.
When not posting vintage tees to her Etsy shop, @SkippyHahaVintage, she spends most of her time chilling with her labs.
