With over 300 tees in his collection, primarily of the hip-hop genre, Kevin is our go-to rap tee expert. He comes by his love of Hip Hop organically given he started DJing in 1988 during the golden age of rap. As his DJ career evolved, he became a regular at L.A. nightclubs and performed all over the U.S. & Canada at major events until he retired from active DJing in 2013.
Kevin was a co-producer and music advisor for "As I AM: The Life & Times of DJ AM", a documentary about the late great Adam Goldstein's life and career. DJ AM was also an infamous vintage tee wearer and collector, the two grew their collections together amid the first wave of the rap tee craze in the 2000s.
When it comes to keeping Adam Goldstein's memory alive, Kevin is a true ambassador of DJ AM's Legacy. He runs the website DJAMLives.com and the IG account @DJAMLIVES, while continuing to raise awareness for DJ AM charity efforts to help those struggling with addiction.
